Welcome to Voance Hair Salon ("we," "us," "our"). By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. We happily welcome walk-ins, but availability may be limited.

  • A credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

  • We require a minimum of 6 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

2. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

  • If you are late and your appointment cannot be accommodated, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified by our salon.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients with any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must inform the salon prior to receiving services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk to the client or staff.

6. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while in the salon.

  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.

8. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at voance.com/privacy_policy.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly.
